TAKE THE QUIZ

I know what it feels like to lose yourself in a life you built.

I also know what it feels like to find your way back.

For two decades, I did what high-capacity women do. I built a career—engineering, then executive leadership, then communications. I showed up. I delivered. I earned the recognition that comes from being the person everyone can count on.

From the outside, it looked like success. But behind all of it, my brain never shut off. I was pouring energy in every direction and saving none for myself.

Then the weight of 60-hour weeks, no boundaries, and mounting obligations finally caught up with me. And when I was given six weeks off in 2020, it took two full weeks before I started feeling human again. That's how deep the disconnect had gone.

When I tried to return to work, my body said what my mind had been ignoring for years. Panic attacks started. The kind that make you stop and listen.

So I listened. I left. I got still enough to hear myself again.

When I tried to return to work, my body said what my mind had been ignoring for years. Panic attacks started. The kind that make you stop and listen.

So I listened. I left. I got still enough to hear myself again.

What I found on the other side wasn't a strategy. It was myself.

As I began coaching other women, I noticed something familiar in every one of them.

The same sense of being on autopilot. The same tendency to perform life instead of live it. The same unspoken belief that their worth was measured by how much they could carry.

And underneath all of it? The same woman who had stopped asking what she actually wanted.

I knew this pattern. I had lived it. And I knew the work that was required to move through it—not by blowing everything up, but by slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

That process became The Edit MethodTM. The engineering background gave it structure. The coaching certification gave it rigor. The 200 women I’ve coached gave it proof. And walking this path myself gave it truth.

EXPERIENCE THE EDIT METHOD

“I want to inspire women to direct enough energy inward to become their best selves. This naturally leads to more joy, better relationships, and your best life."

I don't fix you.
You were never broken.

What I do is create the space where you can finally tell the truth about what you're carrying, what you've been avoiding, and what you actually want.

I'll sit in the mess with you. I'll ask the question no one else asked. I'll take everything you say out loud and help you see it differently—not because I have your answers, but because your answers are already there. They've just been drowned out by everything else.

My background is in systems engineering. I see the pieces and parts of a situation, how they connect, and what's actually driving the pattern. That clarity—combined with the kind of listening that lets your own insight surface—is what makes this work different.

I'm not here to give you a formula. I'm here to help you hear yourself again.

What I believe

━━━━━━

When we create slow, open space in our lives, we create the conditions to reconnect with the best parts of who we are — and invite them to come alive.

That is not frivolous. That is the secret to a life well-lived.

Most women don't need more discipline, a better system, or another tool. They need permission to stop living by rules they never consciously chose.

That permission is what I architect.
